This course was developed to improve the skills of heavy vehicle technicians in brake system theory, trouble shooting techniques and recognizing and replacing worn parts. Upon completion the technician is qualified to perform assigned brake services or inspection task for heavy duty braking in compliance with federal motor carrier safety regulation 396.25(3)(i).
