Less than ten years ago, most automotive technicians could
confidently service the components of a vehicle's fuel delivery system, but not so today.
Now, most vehicles are equipped with complex fuel injection systems. Skills are needed in
both computers and electronics to service these systems effectively. FIST
combines the necessary computer and electronic skills learned in previous ATTP
courses to cover the theory, diagnostics, and service procedures for both foreign and
domestic manufacturers' fuel injection systems. Fuel and electronic management, along with
major components such as injectors, filters and pumps are also included in FIST.
To repair today's fuel delivery systems, and those of the future, you must understand
them. Completing this course equips the in-service technician with the knowledge and
confidence to meet this need. |
